WarningSum:...Freeze Watch In Effect From Late Tuesday Night Through
Wednesday Morning...

Warning Message:The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a freeze
watch...which is in effect from late Tuesday night through
Wednesday morning. 
A very cold air mass will move across the area late Tuesday and
Wednesday. Low temperatures Wednesday morning will likely drop to
near freezing or just below in most areas. Temperatures will
quickly moderate to above freezing just after sunrise.
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
A freeze watch means sub-freezing temperatures are possible.
These conditions could kill crops and other sensitive vegetation.
